					<description><![CDATA[I agree with Lisa, smaller adjustments are best when messing with a fragile sleep cycle. When I had to adjust my sleep schedule after moving back east from the west coast the biggest mistake I made was trying to make the adjustment all at once by staying up as late as possible. I would end up sleeping even more and it wasn&#039;t very nice sleep.

Have you ever tried melatonin? I took it in high school to help with my insomnia that plagued me for years and it really helped.]]></description>
