She leads a boring life..

So she does things like update her joined page and uploading jokes for your entertainment.

What has 4 limbs and a whole lot of crazy?

My sister. She’s clingy and exhausting but I love her. I can’t leave the house or even stay up without her throwing a fit and it certainly takes its toll. Add into all the licking and boob grabbing attempts and she can be a handful.

I have been having a pretty laid back time without making any stressful or pressing plans. Just seeing some people here, doing lunch there and we went out for bowling last night as well.

Unfortunately, I haven’t kept track of the dates very well and I will need to do something awesome to make up for this in my classes. At least, I hope I can.

No news is good news..

Sometimes and sometimes not. Sometimes it means Cole just isn’t blogging because she doesn’t want to say “I was in a car accident with Wendy and while everyone is okay and it wasn’t my fault, the car isn’t doing so well and it should have been so much worse.”

Sometimes it also means that Cole and Wendy went to see movies like Coraline and Watchmen which were both good or that they spent hours wandering around downtown, 2 minutes visiting the Alamo (which is all you really need) and dined at a “British” style pub where their server was a friendly lad in a kilt who Wendy loved.

Sometimes it’s both.

Tired!

For whatever reason, this whole weekend, Ryan woke me up while I was in the middle of sleeping for no good reason. For instance, today he couldn’t sleep so he lays there and finally decides that his boredom might be cured by talking to me. So what does he do? He asks me if I am “awake.” Well, the funny thing about that is, no-I-wasn’t-thank-you-very-much but now that he’s spoken, I am and that makes me very unhappy. I not so kindly pointed out that his plan was unwise, grumped a bit until he left and went back to sleep.

Down for the count

I don’t know exactly how it happened or even when but sometimes yesterday I went from feeling fine, turned around, and was sick. No warning. All of a sudden my nose was simultaneous stuffy and runny and my throat was hurting which made breathing through my mouth rather unpleasant. Although my throat feels a bit better, I’ve just now run out of tissues. Ugh!

Light! Back you evil foe!

Today I will make the grand march down all 4 flights of stairs and enter into the world of the living – ie the world that is not my studio. It has been a long time since I’ve laid my eyes upon the blue of the lake or the sky or felt the crisp, cool air caressing my skin or filling my lungs.

Actually, I awoke yesterday and came to the horrifying realization that my husband is no longer here and, consequently, decided to die. I then realized that I am quite horrible at dying and despite the fact that I’ve felt completely tired and restful for most of the past 3 weeks, I’d had a wonderful, undisturbed sleep and even though I might want to just stay in bed and rot, I was wide awake.

Thus, I spent the day cooped up inside my apartment being a lazy bum and sitting on my lazy bum. While I did manage to accomplish a few things (EG catching up on my reading, playing MapleStory – only to find 5 minutes before the game was shutting down for upgrades that I had rushed to a certain place to finish my quest in vain because I was on the wrong character, watching TV and fiddling with WP to no end) most of those things involved me sitting on my aforementioned lazy bum. If you’ll browse the list of things I did not do, you’ll notice these things involve leaving my confines: take our recycling, return library books, check mail which may hold my new cellular telephone.

So today I will do those things and so much more – maybe. If nothing else, I will send this entry to blog with love.

Vroom!
