Your Daily Proclamation at Her Realm

It’s not that I don’t appreciate the little things

It’s just that everything is fucking pissing me off lately.

Yesterday the A/C stopped working. I think it took me a while to notice and by that time, night had fallen. No biggie. It wasn’t super hot so I i turned on the fan in the bedroom when I hit the hay and it was actually a really comfortable night. I call the office this morning and someone comes out around noon. Apparently, the big ol’ A/C compressor outside was out of freon so it froze over. Maintenance popped open the panel on our wall and I see a 1 inch thick – at least – chunk of ice the size of our air filter and right behind it. Everything needs to thaw so he returns in an hour, replaces the filter and fixes up the freon outside.

I know it’s not the end of the world but don’t you think that is something to keep your eye on before your tenants have to call you?!

On another, sort of good note.. Phantom will be fixed on Wednesday. It’s only a week after they originally said. I only had to call them a dozen times and leave two messages before someone called me. back. Only. Ugh

I cannot wait until he stops the meowing, the aggression, the spraying and everything else. I want to love my cat again!

Tell that shebitch to get away from your house! I remember when I had a cat that was in heat and all the man whores would try and get in through my window.

As for the A/C. You’re in Texas, you would think they would check on that :/.

That would annoy me too. All the little annoyances really do add up.
